About RapidSignup

RapidSignup was developed by Matt Vale, a computer scientist by trade who inherited a voluntary, paper based tournament management position. Over the course of 8 years of tournament management, Matt developed RapidSignup to take the pain out of tournament management.

My first priority was linking the weigh-in -> marshalling -> results -> medals process. On the competition day - the paper system was overwhelming, especially in the face of increasing competition numbers. Over time, and through many tournaments, RapidSignup has been incrementally improved to where it is today, a comprehensive tournament management system.

From Start To Finish

  1. Collecting Entries and Payments. Sit back and relax. RapidSignup will collect all sparring, technical and other entries such as coaches, door ticket sales and more
  2. Draw Management. Take the pain out of draw management. RapidSignup is easy to understand and use - feature include merging divisions, adding extra match-ups, estimating finish times, predicting medal / trophy numbers.
  3. Competition Day. RapidSignup manages all aspects your competition day - competition weigh in, marshalling, results, medals.
  4. Wrap up. Tournament results are already done. Additionally - the RapidSignup team will process refunds for uncontested players.
